Mike Lieberthal to Sign With Dodgers

The Dodgers are expected to announce the signing of Mike Lieberthal to a one year deal to be their backup catcher. He only played in 67 games and might have to compete for a spot if Toby Hall is tendered. Russel Martin appears to be the starter because he did great for the Dodgers last year. Lieberthal batted .273 with 9 HR and 36 RBI.
