After months of speculation and rumors, the Cubs and Cliff Floyd have finally finalized a one year deal, worth 3 million dollars. The deal also holds an option for 2008 and could have Floyd earning about 18 million dollars if he reaches all his incentive goals. Floyd hit .244 with 11 HR and 44 RBI with the Mets last year.
