Padres Give Estes Another Chance

Left-hander Shawn Estes, who suffered a season-ending elbow injury, has accepted a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training. Estes has a 99-90 career record with a 4.71 ERA with the Giants, Reds, Mets, Cubs, Rockies, Diamondbacks, and Padres.
