The Twins announced today that they have reached deals with AL MVP Justin Morneau, Nick Punto, and Lew Ford. Justin Morneau, who will make 4.5 million dollars, batted .321 with 34 HR and 130 RBI. In 135 games, Punto batted .290 with 1 HR and 47 RBI. He will make 4.2 million dollars for the next two years. Ford, who batted .226 with 4 HR and 18 RBI, will make 985 K next season.
