Back on April 1st, MLB Rumors started a project to raise money for Derrek Lee's foundation, Project 3000. It helps fight Lebers Congenital Amaurosis, which causes blindness in many people, including children. It is an extremely rare disease with no cure at the moment. Back on April 1st, we had about $286.00 dollars for donation, and after one month, we were able to total $305.oo dollars. I will donate that money from what I have made in the next couple of days.
