I think these are solid.

I like 2 more wins for Myers, and possibly 1 or 2 more wins for Kendrick. Otherwise, these numbers look pretty good.

Your an excellent writer and obviously a hardcore Philly fan. Outside of injury prone Hammels the pitching staff is brutal and the bullpen is pathetic. Obviously I'm a HardCore Met fan - it should be a great season.

Thank you, but I am not a Phillies fan. And I do my best to leave my bias for my team off the site. But thank you.

hey ricardo....better hope you don't have any key injuries in 2008. Your team traded away their whole system for a pitcher who is probably at his peak.

It's also funny how that brutal staff you speak of practically owned the Mets last year.

Good Luck. Look forward to beating the Mets again.

I love how Mets fans talk when they can't even beat college teams at Spring Training. I think you are underestimating Utley a bit. After Howard in 2006, Rollins in 2007, Utley is due for the MVP this year.

dude your Phillie them lost to those college team so stop talking

Mets fans shouldn't talk too much about starting pitching. That staff is one Pedro injury away of becoming average yet again....

sure, give another philly the MVP, when the mets have their WS rings, who cares.... i love how philly fans care more about mvps, hence why all their teams suck

That's funny, last I had seen, the Phillies didn't even play a college team - the game with FSU was a rainout... Get the facts straight if you want to throw insults.

Sorry, i feel the Phillies average will be a lot better than projected only 1 player hitting over 300 and Jenkins will have at least 17 homeruns at CBP alone. Kendrick will be lights out like last year and dont get me started on the mets. Just because you added Santana Dont mean nothing he cant pitch every game. Also see as how the mets cant even beat Michigan yeah Pat is going to rule Wagner again because WE ARE THE TEAM TO BEAT.

You guys are crazy !
LOL. The Phillies and Mets are both loaded, both teams have stacked offenses and slightly above average pitching. The race will go down to the final week again. Utley is probably the best player on either team. He was having an MVP season before he went down.

Hey ELI, which is your favorite team if its not the Phillies?

Pat the bat is going to drive in over a 100 runs? Thats sooooo funny. He might not even start. Watch out for Jay Werth. If he stays healthy, Pat the bat will be traded, and traded for peanuts due to his horrible contract.

First off, Johan Santana is the best player on both teams. He is the best pitcher in the world and therefore the best player on either team. Secondly, I don't understand how Pedro Feliz moves from PNC to CBP and his HR total goes down from 20 to 17.

Lets get things straight Pat will be the started for the whole year bearing any injuries. Second Werth plays right field if anyone is going to take pats spot it would be Snelling. Secondly this is Pats final year on his contract so he will be playing for a new contract also there is no way anyone would pick up Pats contract he is Due for @ 14m this year.
