Cain to Twins?

According to Chris Haft, the Twins are very interested in Giants pitcher Matt Cain and would be willing to trade Delmon Young for him. While the Giants would not simply do a one-for-one trade, it would definitely be interesting if the Twins tossed in a solid prospect. Young failed to find his power this season, but a switch to the NL might help that. Not only that, but scouts believe Young may be on the verge of stardom.
Including someone like Tyler Robertson and another prospect would definitely make that deal happen.

What scout's still think that Young is on the verge of stardom? Delmon Young was way over hyped. Based on his very high ground ball ratio, it is very unlikely that he will develop much power.
I am also confused why the Twins would trade one of their outfielders for starting pitching with huge holes still at SS and 3B.
