Yankees To Pass On Pettitte?

PrintAccording to one source, the Yankees are very aggressive in their pursuits of Derek Lowe and A.J. Burnett and will probably pass on Andy Pettitte, unless he is willing to take a serious pay cut. The Yankees increased their offer to A.J. Burnett last night and reportedly have an offer on the table for Derek Lowe. They are also talking with Ben Sheets, but will probably just sign one of the three.
