The Athletics and free agent pitcher Andrew Sisco have agreed to a minor league deal with an invitation to big league camp. Sisco, 26, was once a top prospect for the Cubs before being taken in the Rule 5 Draft by the Royals. He had an explosive fastball in 2005 for the Royals, but he struggled to command his fastball since. He has a career 5.18 ERA in 151 games, but at 6-10, 270 pound lefty will likely get a couple looks.
