FOXSports.com's Ken Rosenthal is reporting that the White Sox have interest in free agent reliever Will Ohman. The Ohman saga has been stealing the headlines lately, but it should be coming to a close within the next week or two. Ohman is looking for a deal worth 2-2.5 million dollars, but might have to settle for less. The Dodgers and Phillies are still interested, but sources tell me they won't act unless Ohman backs off his demands.
Rosenthal all said that Joe Beimel and his agent, Joe Scroba, are waiting for a team to approach them that is aggressive and sincere. Until then, he isn't signing anywhere.
