I don't know what to think>
Not the big splash, but then again I don’t want a big splash, Yanks don’t need it.
Hairston is EXACTLY the type of utility player the Yanks need.
Would like to see a pitcher, but this was need 1A to me.
I don’t know to give Cashman and A+ cuz I don’t know who’s going to the Reds. As long as its a B prospect or below, A+ to Cashman.
Chase Weems?
Yea, Cash gets an A++ for this one.
Would have like a pitcher, but maybe we actually see the kids from AAA instead of trading them for a waste like Arroyo.
Hairston is the utility player of utility players, all over the place. Love the trade.

very happy
i am laughing that the Stankees pick up a guy who over the last month is below the mendoza line!!! great utility you should look this dude up he sucks!
TheBigRib
he ain't starting
he’ll play maybe 2 times a week at most. He can play 8 positions is better than Cody Ransom at life, and where exactly you get below the Mendoza line the past month I don’t know (Mendoza liek is below .200 you know?) He’s got a hit in damn near every game in July.
The Pissants get a guy in V-Mart who will need to play everday and force a GG 1st basman to 3rd base. Laugh at that.

Totally Hilarious
The Yankees pick up a guy who has a BABIP of .277 despite hitting line drives at a 24.3% clip… so putting him in the Yankees ballpark as a utility player who can hit for average once his numbers regress, yeah, hilarious.
