Marlins get 1B Nick Johnson

Nick Johnson has been dealt to the Marlins after all in exchange for Class AA left-hander Aaron Thompson, according to Ken Rosenthal. The Nationals will pay the approximately $1.8 million remaining on Johnson's salary.
