Print-White Sox manager Ozzie Guillen will not be fined or suspended for remarks he made threatening retaliation for hitting his players over the weekend.. MLB vice president of discipline Bob Watson issued a warning instead, according to ESPNChicago.com's Bruce Levine.
Jason Beck at MLB.com reports that Tigers right hander Rick Porcello and Red Sox first baseman Kevin Youklis were both suspended for five games after their altercation in the second inning of Tuesday night's game. Fellow Tigers starter Edwin Jackson received an undisclosed fine for "aggressive actions" after joining the fracas.

Meh.
Porcello made a brilliant move and was able to use Youk’s momentum against him and hip toss him – didn’t end well though, since he ended up being tossed to the ground as well. Could’ve hurt either of them badly, which is why the whole thing was stupid.

Red Sox* players are much too old to be fighting like that.
It is a wonder they can still even play baseball with any efficiency.

We're old, but not that old.
Young core of Dusty, Ells, Lester, Jed, Reddick, Bard and Buch (and Paps, but I’d rather get rid of him). And then there’s tons of kids in the minors who are on the edge and most of our “older” guys are in their early 30’s – Bay, Drew, Beckett (turns 30 next year), VMart, among others.
