The Nationals have signed Livan Hernandez and he will start tonight against the Cubs according to an AP report. Hernandez was released by the Mets last week and has 5.47 ERA in 135 innings, although he does have a 4.67 FIP. Hernandez previously pitched with the Nationals in 2005 and 2006.
