Sean Rodriguez is PTBNL in Kazmir trade
FOXSports.com's Ken Rosenthal is reporting that Sean Rodriguez is the player to be named later in the Scott Kazmir trade. Rodriguez should fit into the Rays plans next season as super-utility player, assuming they decline Akinori Iwamura's option making Ben Zobrist the starting second baseman.
Rodriguez is hitting .301 with 29 home runs and a .402 on-base percentage. He has struck out 116 times to just 50 walks, so he'll need to work on his plate discipline in order to be an effective role player coming off the bench.

He has a 1.000 OPS in AAA
I think he can be more than an effective role player coming off the bench…
King of the bling come to lay down the evidence//Not George Bush, L-Millz be da president
WOW - watched Sean play all year in SLC
Thats a great pickup for the Rays…. now the Angels need to trade Wood and give him a chance to play somewhere
I’m thinking he could be better than a backup as well. Maybe RF?
