FOXSports.com is reporting that the Blue Jays have interviewed Indians coach Sandy Alomar, Red Sox pitching coach John Farrell, and Red Sox bench coach DeMarlo Hale for their managerial opening. Hale, who is in his first year as bench coach, was also the teams third base coach for four seasons. Prior to that, he worked with the  Rangers as a first base and outfield coach. He also has managing experience in the minor leagues, but is probably the dark horse for the job.

Farrell has interviewed for a handful jobs over the past few seasons, and may finally land a managing gig for next season. He has worked wonders with the Red Sox pitchers and is very well respected by players and coaches around the league.

Alomar has coached in New York and Cleveland and is a lifer in baseball circles.
