The White Sox have resigned veteran first baseman Paul Konerko to a three year deal, according to USATODAY.com. Talks stalled last night when GM Kenny Williams voiced his opinion over the negotiations, essentially bidding farewell to the longtime White Sox.
That's when talks really stalled, but they were saved either late last night or early this morning and a deal has been struck. Konerko will earn 37.5 million dollars over the course of the contract.
Konerko and Dunn, that's a powerful force in that stadium.
