Former White Sox slugger Frank Thomas has announced his retirement from baseball, ending a 19-year career with the White Sox, Blue Jays, and Athletics.
"I'm happy with this announcement, and I'm at peace with it. I had one heck of a career."
Thomas walks away with a .301 career average, .419 on-base percentage, 521 home runs, and 2,468 hits.
