Padres closing in on Yorvit Torrealba

ESPN.com's Buster Olney is reporting that the Padres are closing in on free agent catcher Yorvit Torrealba. Torrealba put up pretty good numbers in limited time with the Rockies last season, hitting .291 with a .351 OBP in 64 games.
Torrealba will likely share time with Nick Hundley, unless he continues to struggle at the plate.
