choice as Lou’s successor…so is Ryno though, he’s been doing alot of good work in the farm system and is fairly successful. Both know the game and how it should be played and from all accounts accept no less from their guys. I’d hate to see him manage elsewhere if he figures he’s ready when Lou takes off and they go with Girardi or even someone else, though I feel like Ricketts is a Sandburg kinda guy. Really couldnt go wrong either way I dont think, probably wont matter ‘cos I don’t see Hank/Hal not keeping Joe, Ryno would surely be cheaper, not that that should be an issue..but.. he’s also been with alot of the new guy’s on their way in the next couple years. I’m feelin’ Ryno could be a good and much anticipated move..let’s do it!!!
