Diamondbacks' Dan Haren trade notes

- SI.com's Jon Heyman is reporting that the Yankees are having ongoing talks with the Diamondbacks over Haren, but that reliever Joba Chamberlain is not being discussed in any of the proposals. The Diamondbacks have tried to attach reliever Chad Qualls and catcher Chris Snyder, but it does not look like the Yankees are biting. The Yankees have included pitchers Ivan Nova and Zack McAllister, among others.
- While the Tigers are reportedly on Haren's no-trade list, there have been discussions regarding the pitcher. The Diamondbacks reportedly want Jacob Turner and Andy Oliver.
- The Yankees have set their sights on Haren after missing out on Cliff Lee and passing on Roy Oswalt. It looks like the Tigers may settle for Cubs pitcher Ted Lilly, who is in the final year of his four year deal.
