According to reports in Houston, the Phillies and Astros have a deal in place that would send Roy Oswalt to the Phillies. The teams have already selected which players the Astros wold acquire and how much money would be exchanged, but the report did not specify which players or how much money the Astros will throw into the deal. 

Oswalt has put up solid numbers this year, as shown by his numbers below. 

He would greatly benefit the Phillies this year and next, and is much better suited for Citizen Bank Park than Cubs pitcher Ted Lilly, who is also considered very likely to be on the move this week.
