Yankees want Kerry Wood

The Yankees, in need of a late inning reliever, are scouring the market looking for some bullpen help. They are in talks with the Indians to land closer Kerry Wood, who came off the disabled list today, according to Jon Heyman. 

The Yankees can probably pick up most of the approximate 5 million remaining on his deal, so it may only cost them a low-level prospect.
