- Chris Dickerson's CT scan came back negative after his scary moment last night.
- Indians have designated RHP Justin Germano for assignment and have recalled Luis Valbuena from AAA Columbus (Bastian)
- Jorge Posada is playing first base tonight. Your guess is as good as mine.
- Royals have activated Robinson Tejeda from the DL and optioned rookie RHP Jeremy Jeffress to Omaha
