- The Red Sox have signed former Cubs prospect Chris Huseby, according to Kevin Goldstein of Baseball Prospectus
- The Reds have acquired Brandon Hynick, a right-handed pitcher, from the White Sox, according to Matt Eddy of Baseball America
- Eddy also says the Phillies have acquired former Indians infielder Niuman Romero from the Blue Jays

Any one know what the Jays got in return for Romero?
ive seen him in spring trainning and he looked like a nice player, hope we got something?
