The American and National League West divisions have been very active this off season as they try to compete with their leagues, here is a roundup of some news, rumors and links from today:
- Lance Pugmire from the LA Times says that Anaheim Angles GM Jerry Dipoto said that during the winter meetings, the Angels were talking to CJ Wilson, Albert Pujols and LaTroy Hawkins at the same time with different representatives.
- Jon Paul Morosi from FOX Sports says that the Texas Rangers and Josh Hamilton shelved their extension talks during the Yu Darvish negotiations and could start up again very soon.
- Brandon Lennox from True Blue LA, the SBNation Los Angles Dodgers blog, takes a look at Dodgers prospects 120-111 in their countdown.
