The arbitration panel, with independent arbitrator Shyam Das expected to cast the decisive vote, has 25 days to render a verdict but it could come as soon as later this week.

Take this one with a grain of salt -- sounds more like Dan speculating than actual hard information. But if true? Holy crap, I'd certainly advocate for legal action. Let's take it slowly until then.

I find the results highly suspect as well. The common procedure in catching a drug cheat is to do the A Sample and if that is positive, go ahead and do the B Sample. If both are positive, we have a drug cheat.

Both the MLB and the lab that does the Olympic testing showed a positive result.

Although there has never been mention of a B sample, two independant agencies confirmed a dirty test.

Yeah

There is a doping lab in LA and that is likely where the test was done.

If it is a “dirty test” it is likely that Ryan Braun’s test got mixed up with another player’s. It is not clear who that player might be. It might be that all the “star” players that were caught doping might actually be innocent and deserve their rightful place in the hall of fame.
