Stan Kasten no longer invovled with the Nationals
He resigned after the 2010 season and was bought out of his ownership stake soon after. He is now part of a group interested in buying the Dodgers.

Some very very minor details
Oliver Perez is on the Mariners and Michael Aubrey has retired. Other than that looks good.

Great work, it aint easy to put all that together
MOAR SEVERINO!
Great list
Love it. One minor detail. Strasburg has almost no chance of qualifying for arbitration next year. That will be ’14. He has 1.1 years of service so another year will not get him super 2 status for ’13.
He is in the very unusual (unprecedented?) situation of his initial major league contract expiring BEFORE he hits arbitration.
I’ve posted this elsewhere to skepticism but I’m confident it’s right. The Nats technically could renew him for the min for ‘13 but of course they won’t. The question is will they extend him for one year or longer? It’s a story the press is missing. But what do I know?
Todd Coffey is no longer a FA, he signed with LAD
