The photo looks more like the game is being played in Kansas City instead of Miami.

Basically

It looks like the runner behind Pujols is wearing Light blue Kansas City Uniforms and the game looks like it is being played in Kansas City though you could call it a spring training game. You have to remember that the Cards and Royals played each other in Interleague play so it is likely that they ended up finding a game shot of Pujols and photoshopped a Angels uniform on him.

Right... I guess I still don't follow.

That’s CLEARLY him in a cards uniform playing in KC. The question is why Topps would bother when they could’ve just took one of him batting, from behind and altered the red to be Angels red since the uniforms are so similar anyway.

And I really dont’ know what you were meaning by Miami, but that’s cool.
