Oakland Athletics Rumors: Ludwick, Crisp, Harden

The Oakland Athletics have had a busy off season on and off the field, and there is more ahead. Here is a rumor round up for all of their news today.

• Sussan Slusser from the San Francisco Chronicle says that the Athletics are in on Ryan Ludwick, Cody Ross and Conor Jackson. Ludwick was with the San Diego Padres last season, Ross the Giants and the A's traded Jackson to the Boston Red Sox mid season.
• Buster Olney from ESPN writes that the MLB salary floor is around $40 million, and the league does not like to see teams spend under it. It might also be the reason behind the Coco Crisp deal.
• Oakland Athletics right handed pitcher free agent Rich Harden is getting a lot of interest from teams, but as a reliever says FOX Sports Ken Rosenthal.
• Slusser also reported that for trading Jai Miller to the Baltimore Orioles, the Athletics received $45k in return for his services.
