Who will win the World Series, the Tigers or Giants?

It’s now down to two. The Detroit Tigers are set to face off against the San Francisco Giants in the 2012 World Series.

The Giants rallied all the way back from a 3-1 deficit last night, downing the defending champion St. Louis Cardinals in lopsided fashion. San Francisco broke things open in a big way in the 3rd inning, scoring five runs.

Though Tim Lincecum has been an enigma in 2012, the Giants continue to boast a solid starting rotation, and their offense has come around of late, scoring 20 runs over the final three games of the National League Championship Series.

The Tigers, meanwhile, made quick work of the New York Yankees during the American League Division Series. Detroit swept the Yankees and has their potent starting rotation lined up and ready for the Fall Classic.

Thanks to a National League victory in the All-Star Game this summer, the Giants have home-field advantage. Which team do you think will claim this year’s title?
