Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports tweets that the Pittsburgh Pirates are one of four teams interested in Yankees right-hander A.J. Burnett; one of the interested teams is reportedly on A.J. Burnett's no-trade list, though. Rosenthal says that the Pirates are viewed by New York as the partner making the "most sense."
Earlier this week, we heard that the Yankees wanted Garrett Jones from the Pirates. It's been speculated that if the Pirates chip in $10M (of the $33M owed to Burnett), they can get a deal done.
