Koji Uehara Drawing Interest from A's, Orioles

ANAHEIM, CA - SEPTEMBER 26: Pitcher Koji Uehara #19 of the Texas Rangers pumps his fist after striking out Torii Hunter (not pictured) of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the seventh inning at Angel Stadium of Anaheim on September 26, 2011 in Anaheim, California. The Oakland Athletics are pursuing Texas Rangers' pitcher Koji Uehara, according to Ken Rosenthal. The Baltimore Orioles remain interested as well, adds Rosenthal.

Moving Uehara would be the Rangers' first step in signing free agent Roy Oswalt, who seems intent on signing with either the Rangers or the Cardinals -- neither of which really have the room for him.
