The Baltimore Orioles have reached an agreement with veteran infielder Miguel Tejada, pending a physical to be conducted on Monday. Tejada will report to extended Spring Training in Sarasota, Florida on Monday.
The 37-year-old appeared in 91 games with the San Francisco Giants last season, putting up a .596 OPS across 343 plate appearances before he was designated for assignment. For his 15-year career, Tejada owns a .793 OPS (109 OPS+) and a grand total of 2362 hits.
This will be his third stint with the Orioles.
