There are several moves coming down the pipe for the Detroit Tigers today:
Brad Eldred, recently designated for assignment to make room for Delmon Young's return from the restricted list, was outrighted to the AAA Toledo Mud Hens according to MLB's transactions page.
Also going to the Mud Hens is Brayan Villarreal, whom the Tigers optioned today to create room on the club's 25-man roster for the return of right-handed pitcher Doug Fister, coming off the disabled list. Now it's official:
The Tigers today recalled the injury rehabilitation assignment of RHP Doug Fister from AAA Toledo and reinstated him from the disabled list.

To create room on the club's 25-man roster, the Tigers optioned the contract of RHP Brayan Villarreal to Toledo following yesterday's game.

Fister, traded from the Seattle Mariners to the Tigers at last season's deadline, is set to face his former team tonight.
