The Minnesota Twins have placed right-hander Matt Capps on the 15-day disabled list with irritation in his rotator cuff, reports Rhett Bollinger of MLB.com:

To take Capps’ spot on the Twins’ roster, Minnesota recalled right-hander Nick Blackburn from Triple-A.
Capps was activated from the Twins disabled list just last week after recovering from a another shoulder issue. The 28-year-old only made it through two appearances before hitting the shelf once again.
Over his 29 appearances spanning 28 1/3 innings, Capps maintained an ERA and WHIP of 3.81 and 1.059 with 5.7 SO/9 and 1.3 BB/9.
Blackburn has made 13 starts for the Twins this season, posting an ugly 8.10 ERA and 1.768 WHIP. Since being demoted, the 30-year-old has maintained an ERA and WHIP of 2.57 and 1.190 over his four starts for the Twins’ Triple-A affiliate.

Do you expect Blackburn to rebound if he rejoins the Twins' rotation?
