The Minnesota Twins have reinstated first baseman Justin Morneau from the paternity list, reports Judd Zulgad of 1500 ESPN Twin Cities:
Twins will reinstate first baseman Justin Morneau from the Paternity List in time for Tuesday's game. Parmelee back to Rochester.

Morneau last appeared for the Twins on Friday before leaving the team to join his wife. The pair welcomed a healthy baby boy into the world on Saturday evening:

Over 285 at-bats this season, Morneau has posted a line of .249/.312/.432 with 17 doubles, 11 home runs and 40 RBIs.
Parmelee, 24, has appeared in 39 games this season for the Twins. Over his 107 at-bats, he’s hit at a clip of .206/.286/.327 with eight extra-base hits.
