The Dodgers will pay the remainder of Ramirez's $15 million this season as well as the full $15.5 million in 2013 and $16 million in 2014. Choate will become a free-agent at season's end and his contract is nothing to fret over.

Update 2:53 AM EST: The prospect heading to Miami is 22-year-old right-handed reliever Scott McGough, reports Jon Paul Morosi of FOX Sports.
