The Houston Astros have acquired minor leaguer Chris Devenski from the Chicago White Sox as the player to be named later in the Brett Myers trade, according to Zachary Levine of the Houston Chronicle. The Astros will assign the right-handed pitcher to Class A Lexington.

As a college junior, Devenski was drafted in the 25th round of the 2011 draft by the White Sox. So far this year, the 21-year-old has posted a 4.23 ERA across 61 2/3 innings of work with a 2.84 strikeout-to-walk ratio.
