The Cleveland Indians have come to terms with right-hander Brett Myers, reports Jon Heyman of CBS Sports. The deal is reportedly for one-year and includes a club option for a second season:

Heyman also reports that the Tribe will pay Myers $7 million in 2013.

Myers, 32, pitched last season for the Houston Astros and Chicago White Sox, after being part of a mid-season trade that sent him to Chicago. The 11-year big-league veteran has given several indications this winter that he would like to return to a starting rotation next season, but there has not been any indication of whether the Tribe intends to use Myers as a reliever or starter.

Last season for the Astros and White Sox, Myers posted an ERA of 3.31 over 70 appearances with 5.6 strikeouts and 2.1 walks per nine innings, all coming in relief. He owns a career ERA of 4.20 over 11 seasons at the major league level with 7.3 strikeouts and 2.9 walks per nine innings in that span.
