Cabrera, who batted .339 with 26 HR, was offered 6.7 million dollars from the Marlins. He is the first place to win his arbitration case. The Orioles and Erik Bedard agreed to a one year deal worth 3.4 million dollars, avoiding arbitration. Bedard was 15-11 with a 3.76 ERA last season.
