The Braves have agreed to a deal with free agent reliever Scott Proctor, according to the Atlanta-Journal Constitution.
Proctor missed all of the 2009 season, likely attributed to pitching in 83 games in back-to-back seasons. However, the Braves hope Proctor can be the effective reliever he was, but likely in a reduced role.
Proctor, who will be 32 in January, is 16-10 in 262 career games with a 4.42 ERA.
