The White Sox are looking to acquire a front of the rotation starter, but need to clear payroll in order to make a move. While teams are not looking to add too much payroll, adding a top reliever for a fringe prospect might be worth a team's while. One reliever the White Sox could move is Octavio Dotel, who is making 6 million dollars in the final year of his contract. The Indians' bullpen has been inconsistent this season and would benefit from a veteran reliever with experience of the division.
