The Nationals continued to add to their bullpen by signing free agent right-hander Tyler Walker to a one year deal, according to FOX SPORTS' Ken Rosenthal.
Walker joins newly-acquired relievers Matt Capps, Brian Bruney, and Eddie Guardado in the Nats' revamped bullpen.
Walker, 33, posted a 3.06 ERA in limited action for the Phillies after being released by the Mariners in spring training. His familiarity with the NL East should only benefit him and the Nationals.
