The Blue Jays will name Red Sox pitching coach John Farrell their next manager, according to ESPN.com's Peter Gammons. Farrell has interviewed around the league but has never left Boston until now. He's a nice pick because he is familiar with the division and will be able to give his offense an edge over some opponents.
