Free agent starter Brandon Webb is reportedly deciding between the Rangers and Reds, according to Foxsports.com. Webb has reportedly ruled out the Cubs and Nationals, even though they were the early favorites to sign him.
Webb, who has pitched in one game over the past two seasons, is also a Cy Young award winner.
A decision is expected sometime next week, when offices reopen for the new year.
