Dylan Hernandez of the LA Times is reporting that the Dodgers are shopping pitcher Eric Stults and infielder Chin-lung Hu.
Stults, who appeared in ten games last season to post a 4.86 ERA, owns a 5.06 ERA in 5.1 innings this spring. Stults set a career high in innings pitched last season (50 innings) and could be given a shot elsewhere as a middle reliever.
Hu, on the other hand, was once a top prospect in the organization, is a .200 career hitter in 150 career at-bats. The 26-year old hit .294 in Triple-A last season in 130 games with a .332 on-base percentage and 14 stolen bases.
Hu is still worth giving a chance to play more regularly, perhaps somewhere between 200-300 at-bats. A team like the Orioles could find at-bats for him at second base and shortstop, and maybe even third base on occasion.
