Earlier today, Gregor Chisholm of MLB.com confirmed that Toronto could make a run at the reigning NL MVP, writing "the Blue Jays will explore the option of bringing him to Toronto."
- San Francisco Giants catcher Buster Posey is doing well in his recovery. According to Hank Schulman of the San Francisco Chronicle, Posey is ahead of schedule, and could start catching live bullpen sessions very soon.
