Lessons learned from this year's manager carousel: everybody's interview goes well all the time...or at least that's what we're being told. If I had any completely unsolicited advice for fans looking for their next manager, I'd say "be wary of the guy (literally) posing side-to-side like a model for pictures at his presser."
