- Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports said that the Philadelphia Phillies showed a lot of interest in outfielder Grady Sizemore. However, he is likely returning to the Cleveland Indians it seems, according to multiple reports yesterday.
- Bill Center from the San Diego Union Tribune said in a fan chat that Boston Red Sox first baseman Adrian Gonzalez, as a former member of the San Diego Padres, is looking to push the Red Sox into signing Heath Bell and bringing over the Padres strength and conditioning coach.
- Jason Roberts from Fan Graphs says that the Atlanta Braves might be undervaluing Martin Prado, and if the Braves were to trade him, they might not get the proper value in return.
